That’s right, I said it. You have to eat less to lose weight. I know that some diets will try to tell you that you don’t have to eat less, you just have to eat different things, no fat, no carbs or some other nonsense. The real trick is simply eating less.
By eating less I do not necessarily mean eating less food, I mean eating fewer calories. You can eat more food and still eat fewer calories if you choose the right foods. The key is to eat less calorie dense foods like fruits and vegetables. These types of whole foods contain fiber and vitamins and minerals, they are not only good for you, but they also make you feel more full so that you eat less.
If you concentrate on eating these types of foods you will begin to eat fewer calories and lose weight with out even noticing that you are eating less. That is the point after all, lose weight with little or no effort. Of course this is not totally possible, but a few little lifestyle changes an put you on the road to weight loss and it will be much easier than you think.
